  • In most cases, you will not pay extra customs duties or import charges.
  • In rare cases, local authorities may apply additional duties or handling fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and our support team will assist you if this happens.

4. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Acceptance of your order occurs when we process your payment and ship the items. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@luvonic.com After 24 hours, we begin processing and preparing your order for shipment, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
    Delivery usually takes 6–12 business days after dispatch (rural/remote areas +3–5 days; peak seasons +3–7 days).
    Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partners in China or trusted international logistics hubs, depending on product availability.
    Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns: We offer returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@luvonic.com to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Unless an item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-returnable Items: Only customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased on sale or clearance can be returned under the standard 30-day policy.
