3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes Luvonic currently ships to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
At this time, we do not ship outside these regions. We’re actively working on expanding to additional countries and will notify customers once more destinations become available.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take an additional 3–5 business days, and shipping times may be slightly longer during peak seasons.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@luvonic.com
After the 24-hour window, your order will already be in preparation for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible..
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website and monitor its delivery progress.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund at no additional cost, ensuring the problem is resolved as quickly as possible
