Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Luvonic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns and refunds.


Order Cancellations

If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@luvonic.com
After 24 hours, your order will already be in preparation for shipment and cancellation may no longer be possible.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days after date of delivery, in line with consumer protection laws. 

To start a return, please email support@luvonic.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and detailed return instructions.

Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address and instructions for shipping your item back to our processing center.

Conditions for return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

Return shipping cost:
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund processing:
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
You’ll be notified by email once your refund has been processed.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@luvonic.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and send you detailed return instructions.

  3. Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. Please include the RMA number with your package.


Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.


Non-returnable Items

Only customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
All other products, including sale or clearance items, may be returned under the standard 30-day policy if they meet the return conditions above.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling cannot be accepted for return.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process above and place a new order for the desired item.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless an item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return-shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over £75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@luvonic.com with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
