All eligible items purchased from luvonic.com come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects or faults that occur under normal use conditions.

If a product is confirmed to be defective under warranty, we will repair, replace, or issue a refund  at no additional cost to you.


3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or improper handling.

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, or material deterioration).

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.

  • Loss or theft of the product.

  • Consumables or accessories (e.g., batteries, cables, bulbs, filters) unless proven defective upon arrival.

  • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or third-party marketplaces not affiliated with Luvonic.


4. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery, as confirmed by your tracking information or order confirmation email.
The warranty is valid for 12 months from that date.


5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please include:

  • Your full name and order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
In most cases, return shipping for verified warranty claims will be covered by Luvonic.


6. Resolution Timeline

  • Claim review: within 2–3 business days of receiving your email.

  • Replacement or refund processing: within 7 Business Days after product inspection and approval.


7. Relationship to Return & Refund Policy

This Warranty Policy is separate from, and in addition to, your 30-day return policy.

8. Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
You may also have other rights that vary depending on your country or state of residence.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
