Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once processed, your order will be carefully packed and handed to our logistics partners for dispatch.


Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 6–12 business days across our shipping regions.
Delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and local courier operations.
Rural/remote areas may require an additional 3–5 days. During peak periods (such as holidays or major sales), shipping times may extend by up to 7 days.


Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partners in China or from our trusted international logistics hubs, depending on product availability.
We always choose the fastest and most reliable route available.


Duties & Taxes

Most orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis  meaning no additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes are due upon delivery.
In rare cases, local customs or handling fees may apply. If this occurs, our support team will assist you promptly.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
After that period, processing begins and cancellation may not be possible.
