At Luvonic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help you with returns and refunds.
Order Cancellations
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@luvonic.com. Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order will already be in preparation for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
Returns
You can return most items within 30Â days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer laws. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization number. Please ensure this number is included with your return.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the product and place a new order for the desired item. Follow the same process as outlined above for returns.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over £75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@luvonic.com with photos of the damage. We will assist you with a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
